New Zealand
For orders to a New Zealand shipping address we use either New Zealand Couriers
or New Zealand Post.
Target delivery to non-rural addresses is 1-5 working days, provided there are no route delays. This service requires a signature on delivery, so please ensure someone will be home to receive the parcel, or a note to leave somewhere safe.
Rural addresses are delivered using New Zealand Post's rural delivery service.
If you want your parcel delivered to a PO Box, we use NZ Post standard service.
Australia
Yes, we ship overseas! For Australia we use New Zealand Post untracked Air Mail.
The target delivery is 6-10 working days.
Rest of the World
We use New Zealand Post to ship orders to the rest of the world.
Air Mail is the standard service with a target delivery of up to 15 working days.
This is an untracked service so we are unable to provide up to date details once the order has been dispatched.
